[How to use]

Firstly, open up the pouch, and get rid of protective film.
Attach the removed side on your skin.

Pull both ends of the band, stretch enough to fit your face size, then align the center on your chin.

Align the band with your chin, and hold it in both ears in a stretched state.

(If you feel pain on your ear when you utilize the product, you should feel free once you stretch the band again)

Remove the band after 30 minutes to 1 hour utilization.
