Hello! My name is Shinuang Kang, CEO of Hugreen Power Inc.

 

We are specialized in manufacturing Hydrogen Generators and PEM fuel cell systems. We are building products on a make-to-order basis and have so far focused on compact and lightweight products ranged from 200W to 1KW for portable and mobile purpose and become globally competitive. We have tested the performance of the fuel cells using an UAV as a platform first and succeeded in making it fly for a long time in the combat experiment jointed conducted by Korean army. We are now gearing up to develop products with a larger capacity up to 25KW based on the technology we have accumulated.

 

We have made remarkable achievements including the participation in the Korean Army combat experiments with military fuel cell UAV’s and the delivery of a 1KW class hydrogen generator used for a high altitude (15,000ft) fuel cell UAV project to Boeing and fuel cell systems to be used as an Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) for battery-operated relief vehicles to NATO, etc.

 

Hugreen Power’s compact hydrogen generators are available in a wide variety of product groups ranging from small up to large capacity and can be applied for the use in various fields such as nitrogen gas leak detection, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, etc. where high purity of hydrogen is required as the capacity of generating hydrogen is quite freely changeable even in a same product. Hydrogen fuel cell system can be utilized very broadly as a power source for various systems and electric devices such as UAV’s, robots. etc., an energy source for military, household and industrial generators, various small and medium-sized power sources and backup power equipment, etc. replacing the existing batteries and electricity.

 

We have various technologies converged into total 7 core technologies including a newly developed hydrogen generating technology that is operated by solid state chemical hydride with no catalyst. Solid fuel with no catalyst does not require the use of a catalyst, it improves the reliability and durability of the product and as it is stored in a solid state, it increases storability as well. Our test results also showed that it operated normally without problem at -40°C and +60°C.
