Foaming binder

DESCRIPTION

 Foaming Binder F-180WS is an instant binder for foam printing. 

It is a high concentration foam/puff for creating 3D prints.

FEATURES

1) It's easy to mix and print.

2) It has good compatibility with color pigments. 

3) It can be used alone or by dilution with binders.

CAUTIONS

1) Be careful not to freeze the product.

2) Mixing with materials that are not recommended may result in poor performance.

3) Seal and keep in a cool place to avoid direct sunlight.

NOTES

1) In fixting proceess, performance is degraded over 190 degrees Celsius.

2) It is recommended that drying temperature is below 130 degrees Celsius.

3) If used in conjunction with HanFix C-300X(Conc), the fastness can be increased.

4) Refer to MSDS for more information.

5) Use it only for industrial purposes.

Process

 Print → Dry(130℃×2min)→Curing(x℃×ymin)

*mesh size : 90~110 mesh
