* Daejin PU Foaming Machines are low pressure Foaming machines based on 2-component
raw material (Polyol & Isocyanate) circulation mode.
* Except DJ-1000 and DJ-400, all the machines have precise temperature control function for
each raw material (Polyol & Isocyanate).
* Daejin's characteristic mixing head makes the mixing very efficiently.
* Daejin's machines are equipped chemical(urethane) exclusive Haight pumps which were
imported from Baker Manufacturing Company, USA
* Adding one more Polyol tank , you can produce two kinds of color products.
* Feed Pump (Option) : For transferring the raw materials from drum to tank.
* We are able to produce any specific requiring low pressure PU Foaming Machines by the customer.
