Features
- EPO 228 is an extremely high pressure cutting emulsion which can be used for materials such as mild
- steel, carbon steel and alloy steel. It provides considerable effects in gear hobbing and broach
- machining and is an active-type heavy cutting emulsion which can make fine machined surfaces.
- Has excellent lubricating, abrasion-, and adhesion-resistance abilities, producing fine machined
- surfaces by high extreme pressure and provides excellent anti-adhesiveness. It extends tool lifetime by
- protecting tool blades.
- EPO 228 provides excellent penetration and chip cleaning functions. Also provides superior effects
- especially for gun-drilled dip-hole machining.
