Product overview

The TWS series is a dust collector that removes contaminants by contacting air (gas) containing contaminants with water (liquid).

TWS series is a cleaning-type dust collector that creates water vortex at the water tank placed inside the product through the air flow generated by the suction force of the blower. While the air containing contaminants flows through the water vortex, the contaminants are collected, and the purified air is released to the outside.

The TWS series have a structure in which a work table and a dust collector are integrated so that contaminants created on the work table are taken in immediately upon creation, that they are collected by the water vortex, and that the purified air is released to the outside.

The TWS series have the outstanding dust collection efficiency of 99.99% (dust of 1 ㎛ in size) in regard to dust containing sparks, dust of explosion hazard, hygroscopic dust, high-temperature gas, dust containing moisture, etc.

Applications

These products are suitable for work sites in which aluminum dust, magnesium dust, hygroscopic dust, dust of explosion hazard, dust of fire hazard, high-temperature gas, high-temperature dust, harmful gas, etc. are created.

Strong downward suction type

This product is designed to be of downward suction type in which contaminants such as dust created on the work table are taken in under the work table for preventing dust scattering. In addition, this product has a strong turbo motor that takes in dust containing sparks, dust of explosion hazard, etc. downward immediately upon creation for preventing dust of hazard from causing damages. This product also has high dust collection efficiency.

Protecting work plate (option)

It has a rubber work plate on the work table for protecting products under processing.

Operating convenience

This product has a high operating convenience in processing products of large volume, because the upper and side partitions of the work table can be opened.

Integration of work table and high mobility

This product has a structure in which a dust collector and a work table are integrated, so that worker can use it safely. In addition, it has high space utilization. It also has wheels that facilitate movement to and installation at necessary locations.

No need for separate pump to create vortex water
This product does not require a pump, because it is designed to have a structure in which vortex is created in the water tank from the air flow generated by the suction force of the blower.

Checking window for maintenance

This product facilitates checking for maintenance, because the window enables external visual checking of the operating condition of the inside of the dust collector.

Automatic water level adjustment function

If the water level inside the water tank becomes low due to evaporation and consumption of the water, it may reduce the dust collection efficiency. In preparation for such occurrence, this product has a water level gauge that enables automatic adjustment of the level through refilling.

Sludge discharge and easy cleaning

The precipitated sludge, which is generated by dust absorbed into water, is collected in the sludge box installed at the lower part of the product. The sludge can be removed easily by means of the drain valve or the sludge conveying pump.

Freeze protection(option)
Install the heating wire in the tank and the water pipes were prepared for freezing.

Filter-free structure
It filters contaminants by water vortex system, and can be operated economically without using a filter. Demister filters can be cleaned and reused.

Ability to treat some special dust
Special dusts such as dusts containing sugar, explosive dust, hot gas, noxious gas, odor gas, and ignitable dust that can not be treated by filter type dust collector can be treated.
