◆Daejin PU Foaming Machines are low pressure Foaming machines based on 2-component raw material (Polyol&Isocyanate) circulation mode.

◆ Except DJ-1000 and DJ-400, all the machines have precise temperature control function for each raw material (Polyol & Isocyanate).

◆ Daejin'scharacteristic mixing head makes the mixing very efficiently.

◆ Daejin'smachines are equipped chemical(urethane) exclusive Haight pumps which were imported from Baker Manufacturing Company,USA

◆ Adding one more Polyol tank , you can produce two kinds of color products.

◆ Feed Pump (Option) :For transferring the raw materials from drum to tank.

◆ We are able to produce any specific requiring low pressure PU Foaming Machines by the customer.
