Product Information
This switch installs the BELT ALIGNMENT (SWAY) SWITCH on both sides of the CONVEYOR BELT to stop CONVEYOR when the BELT is out of service. It is mainly used in steelmaking, cement, chemicals, and thermal power plants.
- This product must be installed as a pair at both ends of the conveyor belt.
- When installing the product, save some spaces between belt and roller.
- If you are making a bracket to install the switch, refer to the product shape above.
Feature
- It is vailable in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- It is an aluminum die casting and has excellent vibration prevention function with IP66.
- As the lever consists of a roller, when the conveyor belt is touched the lever, it operates smoothly.
- There are two contacts which enable simultaneous alarm signal transmission and control.
- This product is certified as safe as explosion/waterproof/proof (Ex tD A22 IP66 T85°C).
- The switch and terminal boxes are separated, providing excellent blast protection and waterproof function. Also, the terminal block is attached directly, making it efficient to make or maintain a connection.
