Propolis is a resinous mixture that honey bees collect from tree buds or sap flows to paste it on their hive after mixing it with their saliva. It is rich in phenol extract and flavonoid compounds so it is a natural antibiotic as to prevent various pathogens from infiltrating into their beehive and decaying with excellent antibacterial and antioxidative activities.
If ingested, it shows strong antioxidative functions that slow down aging along with antibiotic, antivirus, anti-inflammatory actions to prevent and heal various diseases as a natural antibiotic.
Unique Biotech, Inc. has been able to innovate existing propolis extracting technology by having developed ‘Eco-friendly non-alcohol water soluble propolis manufacturing method’ (Patent No. 10-1403511), which removes ethanol completely and makes it perfectly soluble in water so taste and smell are smooth with color and properties stable.
