PaxView® SARS-CoV-2 MPCR-ULFA Kit is for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA in oropharyngeal swab, nasopharyngeal swab, sputum and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL).
The PaxView® SARS-CoV-2 MPCR-ULFA Kit detects the novel coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2 by using one-step RT-PCR in a single tube and ULFA array detection system. The target genes for the detection of the virus are Orf1ab and N gene. The kit includes primers set targeting the human RNase P gene that serves as an internal positive control for the multiplex PCR.
