Application

Industrial : Anti-fogging agent, Also used in
anti-static agent.

Food : As the HLB can be adjusted from 1 to 20 , it is
a typical emulsifier of O/W, W/O form.
Apart from this it is used in solubilizing agent,
foaming agent, antifoaming agent, fat conditioning
agent, starch, quality improving agent, frozen dough
modifying agent, and also as coating agent, cleaning
agent, preservatives.

It blocks the formation water droplets due to sudden temperature change inside the plastic used for
packing food materials. Due to these characteristics, it blocks the magnifying
effect of water droplets lying on the outer surface of plastic house which affects the crop or product inside it. This phenomenon differs from plastic to plastic. If the quality of the plastic is poor, then water droplets are accumulated on the outer surface.
If we use this product, we can make the product hydrophilic, which scatters the water on it. This
property is called anti-fogging property.
