Plastic Sheet Pile (PSP) was developed to replace the conventional steel piles or concrete retaining walls that protect the embankments or soil erosion protection walls; and various reagents were added to make lighter weight PVC chemical- and weather- resistant.

PSP has been used for various construction

marinas, and it is also environment-friendly products made of recycled
plastics.
