How to Assemble GD Muscle Pump Auto

 Try an exercise after inserting only one gas spring, and then insert the remaining one if you can exercise 10 times at step 6. You cannot remove the gas spring once it is clamped. If possible, insert the cylinder (thick part) such that it is facing the head.

1. Spread the handles to the fullest extent possible.

   
   

2. Move the resistance adjuster to the level 1 position at the top.

3. With the cylinder of the gas spring heading up, align the end fitting of the gas spring with the bolt on the resistance adjuster.

   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   

4. Push down to mount the gas spring fitting to the bolt. Attach the end fitting of the rod side on to the bottom bolt in the same manner.
   
   

5. Try the Muscle Pump Auto with one gas spring attached to feel the resistance level. If you are comfortable up to level 6 with one spring, then add on the second gas spring to increase resistance.

How to adjust resistance

Fast and easy resistance adjustment! Please refer to the image below.

1. To increase the resistance, grab the center of the resistance adjuster and pull it down to the desired level.
2. When the adjuster moves down along the serrated wheel, at your desired step, fasten the adjuster at the wheel tightly.
3. If the adjuster moved further down than your desired strength, move down the silver-colored lever on the upper part, move the adjuster to your desired strength, and close the lever once again.

Flick the metal lever of the resistance adjuster with your finger.

Move the adjuster to the desired level.

Close the metal lever and check if the position fits well with the spikes of the body.
