This book divides taping therapy into 3 parts; upper extremities (neck, shoulder, arm), torso (waist, abdomen, hip), and lower extremities (thigh, hip, knee, ankle) to make it easier for anyone to understand and use the taping techniques, and describe diagnosis methods and which muscles are possibly the causative factors of pains in daily life. To demonstrate the method of attaching the tape, the origin, insertion, and function for each muscle, as well as the method of attaching the tape for each disease and muscle, were described in detail. The book aims to help both ordinary people and professional athletes recover rapidly from sports injuries, musculoskeletal diseases, and daily pain to enrich their daily lives.
