Hallasan Co. Ltd., is Jeju's representative soju company that has been founded in 1950. Hallsan Soju is the main liquor line, which comes with 2 different alcohole dose, 17% and 21%. 

Hallsan 17% has a soft and mild taste which pairs well with any kind of food. It also containes bamboo leaf tea for milder hangovers and produces a clean finish.

Hallasan 21% has a clean and rich taste, which takes on a more intense aroma and truer taste when enjoyed at room temperature.  

Hallasan Soju has aged its distilled 45% liquor made from Jeju rice and Barley in American New Oak and Australian Oak Barrels sine the early 2000s. 

<Natural method>

1. Jeju volcanic bedrock water: Impurities are removed and natural minerals are dissoled while passing through dozens of layers of basalt formed by volcanic activity, which gives its soft and clean taste.

2. Jeju bamboo: The Jeju bamboo refining method purifies the water by absorbing and deodorizing impurites and releases natural minerals for a softer liquor taste.

3. Rice form Jeju: "Jeju rice distillate" uses rice from Juju grown with clean Jeju water, a warm climate, high-quality soil and fresh air.
