Once harvested, the shrimp are swiftly cleaned and soaked in a naturally brewed soy sauce mixture blended with fresh aromatics such as garlic, apple, pear, and kelp. This harmonious blend creates a marinade that seeps deep into the shrimp without overpowering their natural sweetness.
