High Speed production

Uniform slice thickness production
Bone cutting operation ranges from 1mm to 50mm (Max. 100mm by customization) by blade speed and chute motion control to make all same thickness slices by simple touch panel input.
Well organized slices
Makes low saw dust on the sliced meat and bones with air blowing system to clean every rotation of the saw blade. After slicing the material, it makes clean and neat cross section for the slices stacked in line for next step such as vacuum packing. Operators can also use air gun to clean the sawdust on the equipment.
It needs to find the optimized speeds of conveyors and chute speeds during trial test and setting.
HACCP oriented Clean & Safe and Easy processing
Water cleansing is also available for full sanitation and simple maintenance of the meat machine with stainless steel construction for major parts with water proof plan. And touch panel control system will let first users operate the machine safely much easier than ever.
