XENA-II / Interchangeable Bowls Type High-Shear Mixer

The XENA-II, high-shear granulator offers precise control over four critical parameters: impeller and chopper speeds, liquid flow rate, droplet size, and impeller torque. 
These features provide exceptional control over the granulation process, making it ideal for producing high-quality granules. 
Widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, the high-shear wet granulation process transforms fine, heterogeneous powders into homogeneous granule blends, enhancing the size, density, flow, and compaction properties. 
The XENA-II is available in four capacities: 1 L, 2 L, 4 L, and 6 L, offering flexibility to meet various production needs.     
Additionally, it features a tank (standard) and nozzle spray (option) system, further enhancing its versatility and efficiency in granulation.
