|Components and Features|
|As shown in Fig.1, precision bearing balls, retainer, hardened outer sleeve, and end seals comprise a linear bushing. Balls circulate between load carrying row where balls support external load and non-load carrying row, a passage way for circulating balls.|
|Dimensions of linear bushing components are standardized to give full interchangeability. No need to worry about wearing down and replacing.|
|Rigid outer sleeve|
|Outer sleeve is made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel. Hardened and precision ground outer sleeve provides secure fit between the bearing inner race and the bearing housing.|
|Balls are guided by the retainer throughout the circulating cycle. The smoothness of ball guiding surfaces guarantees low noise operation even at high travel speed.|
