With 3 different types of formula according to seasonal changes, Mulgeo offers the optimal solution that is suitable to be used in any climate. Why first and only emulsion? Have you ever watered a pot with hard soil?Water is better absorbed when soil is moist than dry. Since our skin is lipophilic, no matter how much moisture is given, it is not absorbed. So we designed the emulsion formula which is well-blended with moisture and oil as the first and only step of moisturizing.
