Korean Banknote Counters Marching Towards African Markets

Banknote counters are divided into simple counters and multi-function counters that are capable of detecting counterfeit and faulty notes. Korea is among the leaders, along with Germany and Japan, in multi-function counter market.

The Trade Korea Matching Team manager received an inquiry about banknote counters from a Madagascan buyer and connected him to NexBill of Korea.

The negotiations went quickly and smoothly thanks to streamlined communication between NexBill and the buyer, who wanted to buy a sample to validate the quality of NexBill’s banknote counter. However, exporting a product sample to Madagascar would involve a complicated process, including registering as an exporter with the Madagascan Bordereau de Suivi des Cargaisons (BSC) system.

With multiple attempts, NexBill had the complex, tricky BSC system registration process done and visited Madagascar to finalize the deal. The NexBill delegate met with the buyer and built mutual trust, which eventually led to an agreement on concrete terms and conditions. Then the buyer placed a sample order and was extremely satisfied with the NexBill counter’s quality.

NexBill is currently negotiating a contract for a new product with the buyer, which may result in a big deal. Having witnessed sufficient demands for banknote counters in Madagascar, the Matching Team manager will continue promoting the quality banknote counters made by NexBill.
