The buyer told tradeKorea that he was satisfied with the quality of product but since Korean product was more expensive than that of Greek, which has the same specifications, he would compare the two products and then make the final decision to purchase. The matching specialist and the official, who is in charge of exports at JMT, exerted great efforts to inform the buyer about the superior product performance. Eventually, the Iranian buyer decided to purchase the products of JMT.

However, the Iranian government’s approval was the issue. It is required to register the product as a medical device but both the buyer and the seller did not have any prior experience and had difficulties. In order to solve this problem, the matching specialist at tradeKorea visited the Korea Medical Industry Association and studied the related procedures with the seller. The matching specialist also informed the buyer about the things to cooperate and led the buyer to help the procedures to register the product as a medical device.
