      Please check the trademark/ logo image size at the bottom of the logo/ image registration area. Please register the trademark/ logo image file name using only letters in English and numbers.

      If that does not work, please send the image file to “Contact us” and we will reply after checking.

      If you inform us of the member information of the transaction, we will contact the seller concerned as soon as possible to determine the situation. However, the Korea International Trade Association is not directly involved in the e-commerce business and is not liable for any issues arising between the contracting parties. We recommend that you take proactive precautions, such as a buyer credit investigation and expert advice (using the association's trade site advisors) before signing a final contract.

    Q When registering the product, if a forbidden word error pop-up message appears and the product cannot be registered, what should I do?

      If the content entered on the product detail page is copied from another website as is, the HTML source code is also copied and the error message you inquired about may occur. Please paste the copied content into the notepad and then copy it back to the TradeKorea Product Detail page. If that does not work, please send the image to tradeKorea@kita.net after capturing the error message.

    Q When registering a product, a forbidden word error pop-up message appears and the product cannot be registered. What should I do?

      If the content entered on the product detail page is copied from another website as is, the HTML source code is also copied and the error message you inquired about may occur. Please paste the copied content into the notepad and then copy it back to the TradeKorea Product Detail page. If that does not work, please send the image to tradeKorea@kita.net after capturing the error message.
