Inner structure is pressurizing pump and pressure vessel. The pressure vessel does conform with ASME CODE firmly from design to manufacture. Besides, there is sensor and gauge to check the pressure. Pin closure type is easy and safe for operation. It can be specially manufactured according to customer's request.
What is cold isostatic pressing?
Cold Isostatic Pressing is a materials processing technique in which high pressure is applied to metal powder in a sealed elastomer container shaped for the application. The powder is converted from a loose aggregate into a partially dense compact that has sufficient green strength to permit careful handling and transfer to the following process operation. Cold isostatic pressing of metal powders was invented by H.D. Madden of the Westinghouse Lamp Company in 1913 (U.S. Patent 1,081,618) to process tungsten and molybdenum billets for subsequent conversion to wire. Cold Isostatic Poressing products have homogeneity and accuracy but no orientation.
