(1) Cloth processed of 850 m/min

Our unique jet nozzle arrangement provides higher injection pressure of (0.5 ~ 3.5 kg/cm2G) while ensuring steadfast high-speed cloth transport, achieving an actual the operation on 850 m/min. Reelless RAPID UNI-ACE dissolves the tension between reel and jet nozzle, so cloth is transported without fuzzing, felting, thread slippage, etc. These outstanding features assure improved product quality.

(2) Applications for Wide Range of Fabrics

Specially designed liquid injection from the jet nozzle transports the cloth smoothly, without damaging tension even at high speed (850 m/min), in addition, the easy flow adjustment device provides the liquid flow best suited to any specific fabric.

A wide range of materials, from lightweight goods, even weight-reduced fabrics (40g/m2) to heavy goods (500 g/m2 or more) can achieve the desired result. A variety of fabrics, polyester/cotton and polyester/rayon blends, cotton, acrylic, as well as 100% polyester woven or knits, can be dyed. Any processing in rope form, including denier reduction is suitable and recommended.

(3) Economical Dyeing by Reduced liquid Ratio (1:5)

Piggyback dyeing is simultaneous in one flow. The dyeing tank is designed to provide optimum cloth flow and liquid distribution. This helps reduce the liquid volume to 350 liters/tube. The reduction in liquid allows the dyeing of fabrics in a low liquid ratio 1:5 to 1:9. Also, high liquid ratios up to (1:15) are possible.

(4) 60-min Dyeing Capability

Reelless RAPID UNI-ACE extreme increase in cloth speed, pump flow rate and rapid heat transfer speedup dyeing operations, even making it possible to dye polyester goods (woven or knit) in 60 min.

(5) Easy Operation

Cloth transporting is by jet nozzle control valve only. No more worry about reel, tension or liquid level. All machine control can be performed on the ground level. The controls are carefully designed with convenience in mind for easy operation. Many devices for safety and convenience are incorporated to ensure trouble-free operation.
