2>Quenching temperature: 1000-1030℃,oil or air cooling
3>Tempering temperature: 530-580℃, tempering 2times, hardness 47-49HRC
4>Hardness: 53-55HRC
5.Mechanical property
1> very high thermal strenght and hardness
2> good toughness,thermal fatigue and wear resistance under medium-termperature condition
3> little deformation after heat treatment

6.Application
Used for casting dies and heat extrusion dies to producing aluminum cast products, tools and core rod to punch a holes,and also used for pressing machine forging dies and plastic dies etc.
