in 1995, as a joint venture with Doerries Scharmann AG of Germany, then a world leading heavy machine tools producer. Actually, there were many obstacles to overcome in the beginning, such as lack of valuation of asset recovery and our services, shortage of technicians and skills, and so on, although the business itself deserved a high value to be set on. Fortunately, however, we have been able to put our whole-hearted efforts over the years in overcoming all the difficulties facing us, through sacrifices and continued innovations.
