Characteristics
- This is a system that combines a homo mixer with a scrapper mixer and a dispersion mixer in a tank, but it can achieve more complex functions by addition of a screw type mixer and a dispersion mixer or a screw mixer and a homo mixer.
- The (tilting type) tank can be rotated to provide easy drainage in case a product is difficult to drain through the bottom.
Furthermore, for production of ointments, an ultra mixer can be substituted for a homo mixer (optional). The production of an ointment is sensitive to heating temperature so that a control valve is installed to minimize the deviation of the temperature in the tank (optional). - A tank with a small capacity (less than 100L) is detachable; therefore, it can be manufactured to be transportable (optional).
