Characteristics
- Placement of the homo head at the bottom head enables production of products in small quantities.
- The homo head can be adjusted to discharge contents at a desired position.
- This machine has function to create vacuum to achieve defoaming.
- The machine can obtain a fast mixing speed by alternatingly rotate paddle impeller and scrapper impeller.
- A timer is mounted at each of the homo mixer, paddle mixer, and scrapper mixer to control its driving time.
- The tank consists of a chamber, a jacket, and an insulation cover; further, it has a structure, which can be pre-heated by steam and also permits a smooth circulation of cooling water at the time of cooling.
- The hydraulic cylinder provides lifts to prepare for easy cleansing
- This machine system is composed of a main body, bypass piping, a vacuum pump, a hydraulic pump, and a dispersion tank.
