Product Information
The casting and smelting system is latter process of crushing and sorting system. The byproducts from crushing and sorting process such as paste and grid are mixed with subsidiary materials for ingot lead by rotary furnace; the set amount of grid, paste and subsidiary materials is controlled by automated engineering system (Max. 10tons/batch).
During casting and smelting system, the equipment for prevention of environmental pollution is running efficiency in order to prevent release pollutants (sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxide) into the atmosphere and putting little pollutants (a standard of natural environment) into atmosphere. The dust of the above process, which is collected by dust chamber, is going into the rotary furnace by way of dust conveyors in order to collect Lead.
