Product Information
1. Used in the performance of strength and sealing property of the valve of flanged connection.
2. Using the clamping claw to hold pressure so that the tested valve won't be impacted by external force. Thus it meets the requirements of the standard GB/T13927-92, JB/T9092-99 and API598.
3. The right operation stand could be rotated by 90 degree, convenient for the valve tests on hermetic performance.
4. Testing medium could be chose between water, air and kerosene. It's up to the customer.
5. It has been equipped with high pressure and low pressure water pump and pressurization system/water booster. An air pump will be reserved in advance. Customers should arrange by themselves if they choose air as the medium.
6. The medium such as water, oil and so on on the testing bench could be used circularly.
7. It's equipped with hydraulic automatic unloading system. The mode of high pressure and the mode of unloading will be changed automaticlly in using. It reduce the oil temperature effectively and extend the service life of facility.
8. It's equipped with touch screen control. To displaying and printing testing pressure system is optional.
