NWK-743 (Water-born Polyurethane)
│ DESCRIPTION │
NWK743 is the water borne polyurethane which is
self-emulsified single component system without containing any surfactants and
no migration phenomenon. It can be cured on ambient temperature.

│ APPLICATION AND PROCESS │
Typical
process is as follows.
• A viscosity of PUD is
adjusted with thickener by means of acryl/PU series on diluted with water.
• Once the viscosity is reached to the
required level, the uniform viscosity PU is allows to the
overnight for purpose of
the vapor removal.
• NWK743 is medium type and
can be compatible with wide range acrylic emulsions.
• Clear and pigmented
coatings for textiles, leather, paper is given.
• NWK743 is the best choice
when curing conditions are above 80 ℃.
