SNP FORGED STEEL BALL

SNP Forged Steel Ball is new concept forged steel ball used for grinding clinker in cement mill. Until now, most of cement factories have used Hi-Cr ball for grinding clinker in cement mill. Hi-Cr ball has steady hardness of inside and outside, but at the same time it has high Chrome content so there is high probability of broken at temperature change. In addition Chrome content is harmful to the environment. We developed SNP forged steel ball to solve these problems. SNP steel ball has only advantages of forged steel ball and Hi-Cr steel ball. It has little difference of hardness between inside and outside, so wear rate and broken rate are low. Also there’s no need to change liner so it contribute to cement manufacturing process.
