Foil Container Mould with 4 cavities

UNGAR started to make/process aluminum foil container mould in 2009, all the mould are designed by our Austrian team, and the raw metal blocks we used are high quality standard. Important metal parts of the mould we use imported metal from Austria or Japan.

We can make single cavity mould and up to multi cavities according to clients' requirments. All our moulds are cut by WEDM-LS, then heat treatment, recut (due to heat extension of the metal), instal, test, adjustment. All our moulds are tested by UNGAR vertical press machine, and untill we can produce aluminum foil containers smoothly we will send the mould to our clients only.

We accept T/T payment terms, L/C payment terms, D/P payment terms. We also offer mould maintanience to our clients as well.

We can make (aluminun foil container only): Full Curl edge (FC), Raw Vertical Edge (RVE), Hemmed Vertical Edge (HVE), Full Raised Curl (FRC), Full Vertical Curl (FVC), Interrupted Vertical Curl (IVC), etc.
