It is a family owned organization under a sound management of full time Techno-Commercial Executives. Although founded as a small-scale manufacturer in 1976, it quickly established as a trading and marketing, and holding company. Its manufacturing activities have been taken over by its sister companies.

MARKETING ACTIVITIES:

Company exclusively Markets products manufactured by its sister companies throughout India as well export to Southeast Asia and are also offered to other countries of the world:
1. Sulphur Chlorides
2. Factice (Vulcanized Vegetable oils)
3. Varieties of Chlorobenzenes

These products are supplied in Tank cars/Trucks loads quantities as well as small quantities in UN approved small drums, carboys and bags.

Company also caters the above products to ISO 9002 and ISO 14000 certified companies.

 
Trading Activities:

Imports and trading in Solvents and Chemicals is another major business of Organo Chemical Industries.

Company is also an appointed Selling Agents for Western Region of India for the following Plasticizer products by a reputed group of companies based in New Delhi.

2. Di-Butyl Phthalate, (D.B.P)
3. Di-Iso Decyl Phthalate (D.I.D.P)

 
Manufacturing Units:

We have two manufacturing units operating under the name:

  • Nadod Chemical Industries Pvt. Ltd. (NCIPL)
  • Beta Organic Chemical Ind. Pvt. Ltd. (BOCIPL).


These manufacturing plants are located near the city of Navsari  in one of the industrial belt of State of Gujarat, approx. 250 km. from Bombay. It has direct access to major Seaports at Bombay in the State of Maharashtra and Kandla in the State of Gujarat.

Nadod Chemical Industries Pvt. Ltd. (NCIPL)'s manufacturing product line includes:
1. Sulphur Mono Chloride (SMCL)
2. Sulphur Di Chloride (SDCL)

Where as Beta Organic Chemical Ind. Pvt. Ltd. (BOCIPL) manufactures the following products:
1. White Factice
2. Brown Factice
3. Mono Chloro Benzene,
4. Ortho Dichloro Benzene,
5. Para Dichloro Benzene,
6. Trichloro Benzene (custom manufacturing only).

Both the plants are well equipped with explosion proof Special Steel as well as Lead lined reactors, underground storage tanks, distillation columns, etc. meeting the safety & environmental requirements as per Indian National Standard.

Part of these facilities also been utilized for 'on contract' basis, toll manufacturing by third party for products, including recycling of wet alcohols, solvents & other products from waste chemical recoveries.

All the Products of these sister units are exclusively marketed by Organo Chemical Industries.
