Hook shot blast machine is broadly used in many metallic industry. The hook with customized rack to hang the work pieces transmitting into the chamber passage, and rotates the work pieces to facing the abrasives sprayed from wheel blasters for surface treatment.
According to the weight & size of work pieces, the chamber and hook hanging ability are ranged as below
Chain hook type for light weight work piece for continuous cleaning job
Chain hoist hook type for media weight work piece.
Hoist with trolley type for big & heavy work piece. The trolley drives the work piece to the hoist position, and the hoist device lifts the work piece and transmits to the chamber.

Jinan Wantong Foundry Equipment & Engineering Ltd., the pioneer who independent researched, designed and manufactured the first China Made Shot Blast machines in 1985. After 20 years later, Wantong has gown considerably to be the leader of shot blast, shot peening machines and auto-conveyor system in China.
Wantong was founded in 1976, locates in Jinan, China, where all the shot blast equipment are designed and manufactured. His predecessor was Jinan Casting & Forging Research Institute, who was the member of Chinese Casting & Forging Association (total eight members) after P.R China was established. Over 40 years’ experience cast Wantong to be the bench-mark in Chinese surface treatment industry.
Except for standard shot blast system, Wantong’s advantage is in customized shot blast /peening equipment & auto material handling system for many different steel industries. Our products range includes:
