Ripe figs jam is maybe one of the beloved ones since childhood. It is made by old traditional recipes, that still make us lick our fingers. And besides it is great for desserts.
Together with the grape vine the fig is one of the oldest plants currently on earth. It is assumed that it comes from south-west Asia. Vines were grown already in 2000 b.c. in Egypt. Figs have the highest content of fibers amongst all other fruits and vegetables. Nutritionists describe the intake of figs as a good way to increase the daily amount of fibers. The fig fruits have refreshing, laxative and pain relief effects. They contain ingredients, that enhance fat and carbohydrates digestion. Figs lower cholesterol levels and stimulate appetite. With high content of potassium and fruit sugars figs are a great remedy for cardiovascular diseases, hypertension and swellings. Iron and manganese are good against anemia.Figs could be used also against diabetes, gout or lymph inflammations.

Our mission is to consolidate Bulgarian companies with experience in production of high quality food products, who cannot reach foreign markets on their own.
We offer high quality Bulgarian jams made of wild-grown whole forest fruits. All the jams are with excellent taste, 100% natural. The fruits are hand-picked in clean mountain regions. Our products are prepared by traditional home recipes without any preservers, colorants or additives, having a shelf life of 24 months.All the delicious wild fruits used are grown far up in the mountains, where no pollution can ruin the taste, nor affect the quality. The jam is made without preservatives, coloring agents or other artificial supplements. The carefully hand-picked fruits are cooked into the unique handmade jam. These 100% wild grown fruits are quite popular in Bulgaria, not only of their rich aroma and taste, but also for their medicinal properties and immunity stimulating affects.We offer a variety of tastes such as wild strawberry, wild blueberry, wild blackberry, wild raspberry and others. Mixed fruit jams could be produced upon request. They contain at least 49% fruits. All the products could be manufactured in different jar shapes and sizes and could be substituted upon customer request. Except wild forest fruit jams we also offer jams from white cherry, red cherry, ripe figs, sour cherry, plums with walnuts, cranberry, moss-berry, aronia, cornels, blackcurrant, as well rachel (pumpkin jam), rachel with plums and walnuts, white jam, pine jam, elderflower syrup and dandelion jam.Currently we have selected producers of wild forest fruits jams. Our plan is to expand our partnership relations with producers of other product types.Currently our production capability is two 20ft. containers per month. We can arrange transport FOB our port or CIF/CFR customer's port. In case of regular orders we could vastly extend our production. Our products are HACCP certified and conforms to all EU requirements.Our wish and goal is to spread this Bulgarian tradition and make sure others can enjoy the taste of the 100% wild fruit jam.
