* What is Hyafilia ?
HA dermal fillers are the most widely used injectables to augment facial volume without surgery.
HA dermal fillers are popular because of their ease of administration,
predictable effectiveness, good safety profile, and quick patient recovery.
HA can be found throughout the human body.
The most highly concentrated HA is found in connective tissues
although most of HA (appx. 56%) is found in the skin.
HA provides volume to the skin, shape to the eyes, and elasticity to the joints.

The results of this study shows that Hyafilia is superior to J-product, and not inferior to R-product,in longevity of filling effects. Hyafilia may be an effective replacement for J-product and R-product(Han, Jang, Kim & Shin, 2011)
Purpose
Study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of a new HA filler, Hyafilia
Methods
Three kinds
of soft tissue fillers (R-product, Hyafilia, J-product)
were injected subdermally into the back of hairless
mice.
After 16 weeks after injection, volumes and weights were measured using a stereoim
optical topometer system and a weighting
Results
The mean
volumes of the R-product, Hyafilia, and
J-product groups were 3698 x 103, 4820 x 103, and 1435 x 103 PI, respectively.
The mean weights of the R-product, Hyafilia and
J-product groups were 36.08, 37.83 and 24.66mg, respectively. Histologic examination
between the three groups showed no significant difference in tissue
compositions and inflammatory reactions.
