We, Cosmos Co., Ltd. which established in Kyunggi province, Korea in 2013 has two business division of nonferrous metal and recycled rubber.
Especially recycled rubber division is in charge of buying not waste tire, but defective steel cord sheet and rubber scraps generated in the process of manufacturing from the leading domestic tire maker, making them recycled rubber using our machinery and equipment with the capacity of 600 ton per a month and exporting them mainly to foreign countries. Effectively separating the rubber and high steel wire from them, we pulverize the separated synthetic rubber without any occurance of environmental pollutants and change of its physical character and make recycled rubber.
Our production process is composed of tearing steel cord sheet, cutting, freezing, crushing, pulverizing and sorting steel and rubber. We hold several patents related with rubber recycling and are trying to develop the technology and to improve production process in cooperation with several R & D centers.
