It follows a unique scientific design which puts any flavor into ice cream using only ice, water, salt and flavor. It can make ice creams in three simple steps and can be started with adding ice cubes, water and little salt to start a deep freezing process inside the product. Add desired flavor and some cream should to be poured in the bowl that fits right above the ice cubes. Lastly the product needs to be shaken for about 3 minutes for a yummy ice cream. Making Ice Cream with Ice Cream Magic

The Ice Cream Magic is relatively easy to use, but the results may depend on different factors such as the ingredients and temperature.

Step One: Clean the Parts

Before using Ice Cream Magic for the first time, wash all parts in warm, soapy water. Do not wash any Ice Cream Magic parts in a dishwasher.

Step Two: Mix the Ingredients

In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the desired flavor. Use the coldest possible ingredients.

Step Three: Fill the Ice Chamber

Remove the cover-lid, ingredients lid, and freezing bowl from the Ice Cream Magic. Fill the ice chamber with crushed ice up to the level of the indicator line on the inside of the cup. Add 4 tablespoons of salt and 4 tablespoons of very cold water.

Step Four: Fill the Freezing Bowl

Put the freezing bowl over the ice chamber. Pour the pre-mixed ingredients into the bowl up to the fill line.

Step Five: Close the Lid

Place the ingredients lid securely on top of the freezing bowl. Next, twist the cover-lid into place. These steps may require adult assistance to ensure the lids are tightly in place.

Step Six: Shake

To activate the freezing ingredients, shake the Ice Cream Magic cone vigorously for up to six or seven minutes. After three minutes, remove the lids and check the progress. It may be soft in the center and icier at the edges of the bowl. Stir the ingredients, replace the lids, and continue shaking until it reaches the desired consistency.

Step Seven: Enjoy

Mix in any extra ingredients or toppings as desired. Eat the ice cream directly from the bowl, or scoop out into a serving dish or ice cream cone.
 

Helpful Hints for Ice Cream Magic

Children should expect ice cream of soft-serve consistency or slightly harder. Let them know that the amount is one child's serving size only. Emphasizing the fun of the process and the delicious, homemade flavor can create positive, realistic expectations.

For maximum thickness, use very cold ingredients, heavy (whipping) cream, and crushed ice. Some users have reported better success using  salt water in the freezing chamber, as opposed to the recommended table salt.
