【Pharmacological action】
Albendazole and Ivermectin Powder is an Antiparasitic.
Albendazole has broad-spectrum anthelmintic activity ,especialy against to nematodes, cestodes, trematodes . The mechanism is through the combination of tubulin and worms, and prevent the multimerization of alpha tubulin polymerization , and affecting the cell reproduction of worms mitosis, protein assembly and the energy metabolism .
Ivermectin has good flooding killing effect on parasites in and out of the body ,especially on insect and nematode in body .It is mainly applied to killing the gastrointestinal nematodes ,lungworm and parasite out of body from animal, such as pig.The mechanism of expelling parasite is to promote the presynaptic release of - aminobutyric acid (GABA), then open the chloride channel mediated by GABA . The chloride ions flow can reduce the membrane impedance caused by the postsynaptic membrane resting potential depolarization slightly, which can interfere with neuromuscular necessarily signal transmission and lead to relaxation and paralysisparasite of body.Finaly causing the body to die or be expelled from the body.
【Drug interactions】
(1)The combination of albendazole and praziquantel can improve the blood concentration of the former.
(2)The use of ivermectin and diethylcarbamazine at the same time may cause serious or fatal encephalopathy.

Mainly used to expel or kill pigs, nematodes, flukes, tapeworm, mites and other parasites in vivo.
【Application and Dosage】
Measured as this product:quantity of one time ,pig 0.7 ~ 1 g for one kilogram weight ,for oral administration
