How the Potato Washing and Peeling Machine Works
This potato cleaning and peeling machine mainly consists of motor, reducer, lifting device, multi-edge peeling rollers (these rollers are made of nylon rope that is a light and durable material), washing tank with wash pipe, etc. The machine is working by the emery peeling principle.
1. Potatoes are delivered to the washing tank by the lifting device;
2. The cleaning and peeling devices start to process potatoes continuously to do peeling by the emery friction effect; the peel and waste are cleaned by wash pipe and expelled along with water;
3. The finished products are discharged.
Tips: After one time working or a certain time of working, if there is some remaining potato peel and mud in the working barrel, it should have a regular cleaning.
