- Storage method

   ○ After receiving fresh ginseng, immediately wrap it in paper or newspaper, store it in a refrigerator at 0-5 degrees 

     Celsius, and wash it with water before eating.

   ○ When stored in a refrigerator, you can eat it fresh [about 7 to 10 days]. After that, wash all of them, cut them like 

      rice cakes, dry them completely in the sun (in the form of sliced ginseng), and freeze or refrigerate them 

      for long-term storage.

   ○ When storing at room temperature after drying, store in a well-ventilated place that is not humid.

   ○ We recommend that you eat it as soon as possible.
