(GENERAL SOFTENER)
SOFTEN CS is a cation softener which it has excellent fixing property on fiber, have soft touch of natural fiber and antistatic effect.

SOLUBILITY : Easily soluble in 60°C warm water.
Be possible direct throwing prepared by 10% liquid.
COMPATIBILITY : As a direct dyes fixing agent and high grade resin, this is able to treat in one bath. If use strong nonion type product or alkali medicines, washing totally for safety.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
In case of Winch or Rapid : handle with SOFTEN CS 0.5~3.0%(O.W.F) along with types of processed thing 20°C~40°C in 15~20min.
In case of Padding equipment : Handle with 2~5g/SOFTEN CS.
In case of compete with direct dye fixing agent : First of all, after manage with fixing agent in 15min and 1~2% SOFTEN CS(Winch or Rapid) 5~20g/Liter SOFTEN CS(padding equipment).
Compete with resin type : 5~10g/Liter SOFTEN CS(Padding equipment)
EFFECT
By using SOFTEN CS, no need to use antistatic agent separately and decrease friction between fiber and metal. Also by giving elasticity, it makes sewing, and carenda working process easy and comfortable.
Owing to show good coherent against Cotton, Nylon and Polyester fiber, could obtain strong effect with small amount. And have soft and comfort touch of finger like natural fiber.
