Mercedes-benz W221 s-class Touch navigation solution
Since the original monitor for S-class models of mercedes-benz is capped with a translucent cover which is meant to protect its LCD, and the navigation cannot be controlled by touching it.
For this reason, we introduced a new monitor cover for touch-control use so that the navigation would be maneuvered by touching interface.
" MB S-class W221 touch kits-gps " consists of monitor cover and 8 inch touch film.
For the installation, first attach a 8 inch touch film to LCD monitor and pull a touch control haness away from the monitor. Then, replace a translucent monitor cover with a monitor cover for touch use, which enables touch-control function for the monitor.
And if you connect a box type navigation equipped with touch-control function ( no LCD display ) via U-AMIN ( U-Automotive multimedia interface module ), the navigation once used with a remote controller can be controlled by touching interface.
