Description

AL-7000  is  a  suspending  agent  particularly  suited  for  the  polymerization processes where there are problems of suspension stability due to the presence of impurity in the monomers, in the water or in the additives for polymerization (peroxide, flame retardant agents, etc.). The procedures of use of AL-7000 allow to  avoid interference on the aspect (transparency, haze, etc.) and the stability of the polymer  obtained. AL-7000 does not produce deposit on the walls of polymerization reactor. Its solubility in water allow an easy and precise charge in every condition of polymerization.

Application

AL-7000 is an acrylic copolymer powder and is mainly used in suspension polymerization of styrene.
