Fully automatic wood venetian blind punching and thread-assembling device
The maximum process length of standard-type wood slat is 2,400mm.
As standard, it is equipped with 5 pieces of slat punching heads and a thread assembling device. (Possible to extend the length of the machine and add heads)
Input the size of punching on the touch screen and set the distance between the punching and assembling devices as indicated on the screen. (Not like other manufactures' machines, we do not need to calculate the distance, using a calculator separately and inconveniently.)
It is possible to adjust working speed.
On the basis of 50 pieces of slats, the work from punching through to thread assembling can be completed in two minutes.
Regardless of the materials of wood slats, the qualities of products are uniform. (Possible to use PVC slats)
It is easy to see the length and quantity of slats which are under production.
It is possible to assemble them automatically without the punching process at the semi-automatic mode.

In addition to that, we have been producing and installing blind fabrics and finished blinds since 1997 thanks to accumulated know-hows on blind production acquired from our machine developments.
