Overview
IPScan is a system of distributed Ethernet and IP device monitoring and enforcement probes combined with centralized management console software that provides real-time, network-wide monitoring, inventory, documentation and policy enforcement of network addresses and access. IPScan enables network managers to mitigate against security risks from unauthorized devices accessing the network, and downtime risks from address conflicts with critical network components. IPScan provides comprehensive enforcement of network access policies, including control over Ethernet, static and dynamic address access to the network, along with an automated historical inventory and audit trail of all network devices and all their network access activities, allowing network managers to ensure regulatory compliance with data privacy and integrity requirements.
