AS-400, a silicone resin with completely different concept from a traditional denaturalized silicone, is a napping promoting silicone softener with different concept from proprioceptor silicone napping softener of reticular molecular structure where three reactors of expoxy/amino/alkylene oxide are combined on the line of polysiloxane molecule.
It provides all kinds of fibers with excellent softness, napping promotion, high temperature stability, oil spot prevention, non-yellowing, anti-static property, and absorption. At the same time, it also endows micro fabrics like polar fleece, velour, and sea island cotton yarn with superior function.

1. Because it is silicone resin with unique molecular structure, unlike traditional denaturalized silicone oil, it provides unique softness that shows smooth softness on the fiber surface and cozy volume in the fiber interior at the same time. 2. It has excellent alkali stability, and does not make oil spot at the high temperature of 135°C. Therefore, it can be used as a dye-bath softener aiming at softening and wrinkle prevention, or as a high temperature softener that is processed in the final washing process after dyeing. It does not cause such problems as color weakening, color running, and color washing out of dyed fabrics or printed fabrics. 3. When re-dyeing is needed due to dyeing mishap, re-dyeing promptly without removing silicone is possible. The product is a nonyellowing softener that does not bring about yellowing phenomenon to fibers, and provides proper absorption and anti-static property. 4. It provides best function to acryl, wool, knitted cotton, and various polyester fabrics including fleece, velour, sea island cotton yarn, and woven fabrics. Also it is superior in softening process of yarn dyeing like cotton T/C, etc. |
