Features
For Kum Sung flake ice machine, water flows down inside a cylindrical cylinder, making ice and the ice is cut very thin by a screw rotating around the wall. Ice made in a flake ice maker is very thin (1.5mm thick: standard), and white power ice without water. This ice is effective in rapid cooling of the surface because there is no empty space in cooled water. Especially, cooling is very speedy compared to other ice and this is used in ready-mixed concrete(concrete cooling of high intensity), chicken industry, sausage industry and artificial snow in a skiing
